License to Use

Verbi (the "App") is licensed, not sold, to you by Verbi Languages Ltd for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this license.

Your use of the App is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available here:

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Verbi offers auto-renewable subscriptions that give you access to premium features. Here's how they work:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you originally paid.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Credit Purchases

In addition to subscriptions, Verbi offers the ability to purchase credits as consumable in-app purchases. Here's what you need to know:

• What Are Credits: Credits are a virtual currency that can be used within the App to access specific features, generate content, or unlock additional functionality.
• Payment: Credit purchases are one-time transactions charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
• Consumption: Credits are consumed when you use them within the App. Once used, they cannot be restored or refunded.
• No Refunds: All credit purchases are final. Due to the consumable nature of credits, refunds are not available once the purchase is complete, except as required by applicable law.
• Non-Transferable: Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user or account.
• No Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire and will remain in your account until used.
• Account Deletion: If you delete your account, any unused credits will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered or refunded.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
